1. Is my order delivered privately? Will anyone know what’s inside?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. No product name or brand related to personal wellness is mentioned on the box — not even the delivery person knows what’s inside.

2. How long will it take to deliver my order?

We deliver Pan-India:

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
Remote Areas: 5–8 working days

Tracking details are shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once shipped.

3. What payment options are available?

You can pay via:
✔ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
✔ Debit/Credit Cards
✔ Net Banking
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes

4. Is the spray safe for skin? Are there any side effects?

Yes. Our products are dermatologically tested, alcohol-free, and made with skin-friendly ingredients.
Use only as directed. Do a small patch test if you have highly sensitive skin.

5. How do I use the long-lasting spray properly?

Shake the bottle gently
Spray 2–3 times on the sensitive area (external skin only)
Wait 5–10 minutes for absorption
Wipe off excess before intercourse
Do not overuse or spray on broken skin

6. Can I return or exchange the product?

✔ Returns are accepted only if the wrong or damaged product is delivered
✔ Return request must be raised within 3 days with a complete unboxing video
✔ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned

7. Will my personal information remain confidential?

Yes. Your details are encrypted and protected. We do not share your name, address, phone number, or purchase history with anyone except our courier or payment partners for order processing.

8. Do you offer refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

Yes. If eligible for a refund, the amount will be transferred via UPI or bank transfer within 8–15 working days after approval.

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For prepaid cancellations, refunds are processed within 1–2 working days.
